Does Helium 10 Work in Belgium?

You can use Helium 10 from Belgium, but it doesn’t document support for Amazon’s Belgian store. Amazon has run Amazon.com.be since October 2022, and Helium 10’s help-center market table doesn’t list it, so no research, listing or ads tool is documented there. Helium 10 does list three neighbouring stores a Belgian seller can sell on: Amazon.de, Amazon.fr and Amazon.nl. Platinum costs $99 a month billed yearly (checked 10 October 2026).

Correction (10 October 2026): this page previously said Amazon has no Belgian marketplace and that Belgian sellers “can’t connect to Amazon Belgium because it simply doesn’t exist”. Amazon launched Amazon.com.be on 18 October 2022. The page also said Helium 10 fully supports every major European store and gives Belgian sellers complete access to its tools, which Helium 10’s own market table doesn’t support.

Amazon.com.be: Amazon’s Belgian store

Amazon launched Amazon.com.be on 18 October 2022, offering Belgian customers shopping and customer support in French, Flemish or English. The facts that matter for a seller, checked on 10 October 2026:

The store loaded normally when we checked, with delivery set to Brussels. The advice this page used to give, that Belgian sellers have no local Amazon store, was already wrong when it was written; the real question is which tools cover the store.

What Helium 10 documents for Belgium

Very little. Helium 10’s market article, “Which Tools Are Supported in Which Markets?” (last edited 10 December 2025), lists 21 Amazon marketplaces, and Belgium isn’t one of them. Ireland and South Africa are missing too.

A search of Helium 10’s help center for “Belgium” on 10 October 2026 returned two articles, both about the Managed Refund Service, Helium 10’s done-for-you reimbursement service. Both list Belgium among the markets for one MRS feature: claims for FBA fulfillment fees that Amazon overcharged because of wrong product dimensions or weights. The same MRS overview (6 August 2026) leaves Belgium out of its list of marketplaces MRS supports overall.

In practice:

• Research tools (Black Box, Xray, Cerebro, Magnet) aren’t documented for Amazon.com.be, so don’t buy Helium 10 to research the Belgian store.
• Account tools (Profits, Alerts, Inventory Manager) aren’t documented for Belgian orders either. Helium 10 doesn’t say whether Belgian sales appear when you connect a European seller account, so if Belgium is a large share of your sales, ask Helium 10 support before paying.
• Fulfillment-fee claims through MRS are the one Belgian feature Helium 10 documents.

The stores Helium 10 does list: Amazon.de, Amazon.fr and Amazon.nl

Amazon’s European stores are open to Belgian sellers, and Helium 10 lists the three whose languages Belgium shares. They are not equally covered:

Languages checked on 10 October 2026; tool lists and counts from Helium 10’s market table (last edited 10 December 2025), which still lists Magnet apart from Cerebro although Helium 10 has since merged the two. Our guides to Helium 10 in Germany, France and the Netherlands have the full lists.

Language is the other split. Cerebro and Magnet can translate keyword results into French and German but not Dutch, so a French-speaking seller gets more help from Helium 10 than a Dutch-speaking one. Neither language gets special treatment in Keyword Processor, which Helium 10 describes as English-dependent.

Connecting a seller account from Belgium

Helium 10’s connection guide has you open Connections, click + Add Seller Account, choose Connect to Amazon, name the account and pick its marketplace region. Amazon’s developer documentation puts Belgium in the same European group as the three stores above, and the guide’s screenshot shows the matching option as “European Union”, followed by 13 store codes. Belgium isn’t among them, but that image dates from February 2022, eight months before Amazon.com.be opened, so it doesn’t settle whether Belgian data comes through. Some tools take up to 24 hours to fill with data.

Helium 10’s pre-connection checklist requires a Professional seller account, the primary user’s login rather than a sub-user’s, and a 48-hour wait after Amazon verifies a new account. Platinum allows 2 connected accounts and Diamond 10. Remember that a connection only gives you the tools Helium 10 lists for each store and, apart from Managed Refund Service fulfillment-fee claims, none for Amazon.com.be.

What Helium 10 costs from Belgium

Helium 10 has one price list, in US dollars, with “applicable taxes added at checkout” (Helium 10 pricing, checked 10 October 2026):

At the European Central Bank’s reference rate for 9 October 2026 ($1.1206 to the euro), Platinum’s $99 came to about €88 a month and Diamond’s $279 to about €249, before tax and card fees. Advertising through Helium 10 Ads (formerly Adtomic) needs Diamond and costs 2% of whatever ad spend you hand over to it as Managed. Our Helium 10 pricing guide covers each tier.

A Belgian seller who wants to try before committing has three options, none of them a free trial: a full refund on a first purchase cancelled within 7 days, a limited free account (the pricing page lists no free plan), and the free Chrome extension, which is listed for Amazon.de, Amazon.fr and Amazon.nl but not for Amazon.com.be.

No rival lists Amazon.com.be either

Belgium’s gap isn’t peculiar to Helium 10. Checked on 10 October 2026:

• Jungle Scout’s help center (updated 31 October 2024) lists 17 marketplaces, fully or with limited support, and Belgium isn’t among them. It counts Germany and France as fully compatible and the Netherlands as limited.
• SmartScout’s changelog (3 September 2026) lists the 12 marketplaces it tracks, including Germany and France but neither Belgium nor the Netherlands.
• Data Dive’s homepage lists 10 marketplaces, including Germany and France, but not Belgium.

So if your research has to be about Belgian shoppers specifically, none of these four tools documents it. For the German and French stores, all of them do.

Should a Belgian seller pay for Helium 10?

• Selling mainly on Amazon.com.be: not on the evidence available. Helium 10 documents one Belgian feature, the fulfillment-fee claims in its Managed Refund Service. Ask Helium 10 support what else works before paying.
• Selling on Amazon.de or Amazon.fr from Belgium: Helium 10 covers you as it would any seller there, with 19 and 20 listed tools respectively.
• Selling on Amazon.nl: 15 tools are listed, and Cerebro and Magnet won’t translate Dutch keywords.
• Testing before you commit: install the free Chrome extension and try it on Amazon.de, Amazon.fr or Amazon.nl, where Helium 10 lists it.
