Helium 10 for Amazon France: Does It Work & How to Use It?

Yes. Helium 10 works for Amazon France and lists 20 tools for Amazon.fr: everything on its US list except Listing Builder, including Black Box, the Chrome extension, Cerebro, Magnet, Inventory Manager and Helium 10 Ads for Sponsored Products, Brands and Display. Prices are global and in US dollars: Platinum is $99 a month billed yearly, roughly €88 (checked 10 October 2026).

The 20 tools Helium 10 lists for Amazon.fr

On its France tab, Helium 10’s article “Which Tools Are Supported in Which Markets?” lists these tools. We checked it on 10 October 2026; Helium 10 last edited it on 10 December 2025.

• Keyword research: Cerebro, Magnet (listed separately, though Helium 10 has since merged Magnet into Cerebro)
• Listing optimization: Keyword Processor, Scribbles, Index Checker, Listing Analyzer
• Marketing: Helium 10 Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display), Portals
• Operations: Alerts, Follow-Up, Inventory Manager, Refund Genie, Managed Refund Service
• Analytics: Keyword Tracker, Market Tracker, Market Tracker 360, Profits

That is the same list Helium 10 gives Italy, Spain and Canada. It is one entry longer than Germany’s, which has no My List, and Germany’s ads entry also drops Sponsored Display. The only tool on the US tab that France lacks is Listing Builder, so French listings get written elsewhere and checked in Scribbles, Index Checker and Listing Analyzer.

One listed tool deserves a caution: Portals, the landing-page builder, still has a section in Helium 10’s help center, but helium10.com no longer has a Portals product page.

Correction (10 October 2026): this page previously said Inventory Manager isn’t available for Amazon France and that Misspellinator doesn’t support French. Helium 10’s market table lists Inventory Manager for France, and Misspellinator was sunset in every market on 30 September 2025. We also previously labelled Scribbles as “Listing Builder”; they are separate tools.

French-language support is thinner than you’d expect

Amazon.fr’s language settings offered French and English when we checked on 10 October 2026. Helium 10’s French support, checked the same day:

• Keyword translation: yes. Cerebro and Magnet can translate keyword results into French, among seven languages. Translations show on screen only; exported files stay in English.
• Website: no. helium10.com has German, Spanish and Japanese versions, but not a French one.
• Chrome extension listing and mobile app: no. French isn’t among the six languages of either.
• Keyword Processor: unpromised. Helium 10’s market article calls the tool English-dependent and limited to Latin-script text. French keyword lists pass the script test; whether accents and French word forms are handled well is something Helium 10 doesn’t address.

So the research data covers Amazon.fr, but expect to work in English: none of the Helium 10 interfaces we could check is offered in French. Remember too that search volumes and sales figures are Helium 10’s own estimates: its help center says only tools such as Profits, Follow-Up and Alerts use data straight from Amazon’s API.

Plans and prices for an Amazon.fr seller

French sellers pay in US dollars, with tax added at checkout; there is no euro price list (Helium 10 pricing, checked 10 October 2026). Euro figures below use the European Central Bank’s reference rate for 9 October 2026 ($1.1206 to the euro), and the limits come from the same pricing page’s comparison table:

Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month, billed annually, through a demo. The Helium 10 Ads (formerly Adtomic) fee applies to all ad spend in profiles set to Managed, with no minimum. Helium 10 doesn’t offer a free trial of these plans, only a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase, and its pricing page lists no free plan, although a limited free account exists. Correction (10 October 2026): this page previously said Platinum includes 2,500 tracked keywords and unlimited Cerebro searches, and that Diamond supports up to 3 team members. Helium 10’s table shows 100 keyword searches a month and no rank tracking on Platinum, and 5 additional user logins on Diamond.

Connecting Amazon.fr through the shared European Seller Central

Amazon.fr is run from Amazon’s European Seller Central (sellercentral-europe.amazon.com), shared, according to Amazon’s developer documentation, with the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain. When Helium 10’s connection guide asks for a marketplace region, pick the option the guide’s screenshot labels “European Union”, where FR sits among 13 store codes; a French seller who also sells in Germany or Spain from the same Seller Central usually needs only that one connection. If the connection fails, Helium 10’s pre-connection checklist is the first place to look: it rejects Individual accounts and sub-user logins.

Alternatives on Amazon.fr

France is one of the best-covered markets among Helium 10’s rivals, so you have real choices:

• Jungle Scout lists Amazon.fr among its eight “fully compatible” marketplaces (help center, updated 31 October 2024), and its browser extension works there.
• SmartScout names France among the 12 marketplaces it tracks (changelog, 3 September 2026). It is organized around brand, seller and category data rather than listing work.
• Data Dive lists France on its homepage among 10 supported marketplaces.

Jungle Scout Starter costs $29 a month billed annually or $49 month to month (checked 10 October 2026).

SmartScout Basic costs $29 a month billed yearly or $49 month to month, and SmartScout offers no free trial but a 7-day money-back guarantee on each self-serve plan.

Data Dive Starter is $39 a month, or about $32 a month billed yearly.

All three prices carry a dollar sign, not a euro one. Jungle Scout’s purchase guide names the currency, ending at a “Pay $XXX USD Now” button; SmartScout’s and Data Dive’s pricing pages don’t say which dollar they mean.

Should you use Helium 10 for Amazon France?

• Sellers researching and advertising on Amazon.fr: the coverage is there. Helium 10 lists every research tool, Inventory Manager and all three main ad types for France.
• Sellers who need a French-language interface: we found no French version of Helium 10’s website, extension listing or mobile app, only translated keyword results.
• Sellers who write listings in Listing Builder: it isn’t listed for France.
• Sellers who also serve Belgium: Amazon.com.be offers French, but Helium 10 doesn’t list the Belgian store; our Helium 10 Belgium guide explains what that means.
