Helium 10 Pricing in 2026: Plans, Costs, Limits and Which One Is Worth It

Helium 10 costs $99 a month billed yearly or $129 billed monthly for Platinum, and $279 a month billed yearly or $359 billed monthly for Diamond. Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month, billed annually. Those are the figures on Helium 10’s pricing page, checked 10 October 2026. There is no free plan on that page, no free trial, and no Starter plan any more.

This is our reference page for what Helium 10 charges. Every price, limit and add-on below comes from the live pricing page or Helium 10’s help center on 10 October 2026, and the history comes from dated copies in the Internet Archive. Helium 10 plans and prices

Helium 10 matches each plan to a band of yearly sales: $0–$100K for Platinum, $100K–$10M for Diamond and beyond $10M for Enterprise.

How the billing works, according to the pricing page, its FAQ and Helium 10’s terms:

• Currency and tax. Prices are in US dollars, and Helium 10 adds applicable taxes at checkout. Our Helium 10 India guide converts them to rupees.
• Yearly totals aren’t printed. The page shows a monthly equivalent. Twelve payments of $99 come to $1,188 for Platinum, and twelve of $279 come to $3,348 for Diamond.
• The real yearly saving. The toggle says “save up to 20%”, but Helium 10’s own figures, $360 a year on Platinum and $960 on Diamond, work out to about 23% and 22%.
• Renewal and pauses. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment, and every plan renews automatically until you cancel. Instead of cancelling, you can pause a subscription for one, three or six months.
• Refunds, not trials. There is no free trial. Helium 10’s terms (effective 17 August 2026) give a full refund only if you cancel within seven days of your first purchase; renewals and later payments are not refundable.
• Enterprise is a quote. It has a “Book a demo” button instead of Buy Now. Its card lists 10+ users and 15+ seller accounts, up to 5,000 ASINs, ad plans “from $25K to $1M monthly spend”, a dedicated customer success manager, and weekly sessions with 1:1 coaching. Helium 10’s FAQ still calls this plan “Supercharge Your Brand”.

What each plan includes, and its limits

Helium 10’s comparison table, “Full list of features”, has 50 rows. These are the rows that most often decide between Platinum and Diamond; our Platinum vs Diamond comparison lists all 50.

The plan cards sum up the same split. Platinum is “run your brand with the basics”: product research, keyword research, basic performance tracking, limited profit reporting, and three training courses (Amazon FBA training, the Amazon Ads academy and the TikTok Shop academy). The Ads academy is a course; the advertising software starts at Diamond.

Diamond is “everything in Platinum, plus” the Helium AI agent, Helium 10 MCP with up to 1,000 calls included, the AI Listing Builder, rules-based ad automation and dayparting, manual bid and budget controls, inventory management, profit and loss reporting, the managed refund service, long-term keyword trend analysis, and monthly workshops with Q&A sessions.

Helium 10’s own documents don’t always match the table. Its help-center plan guide, last edited 13 May 2026, still gives Platinum 500 tracked keywords, while the pricing table shows no rank tracking on Platinum at all. We follow the pricing page. If one limit decides your purchase, ask Helium 10 support to confirm it in writing before you pay.

Add-ons and other costs on top of a plan

• Keyword tracker add-on: from $19 a month, on Platinum or Diamond.
• Diamond-only add-ons: Market Tracker 360 from $650 a month; MCP from $50 a month, which Helium 10’s MCP guide says buys 500 calls on top of the 1,000 included each month; and the Elite sellers group, monthly expert training, in-person workshops and private Facebook group access, each from $99 a month.
• Extra users: the pricing FAQ says more users “are available to be purchased as an add-on to any subscription”. Helium 10 publishes no price for them.
• The Helium 10 Ads fee: Helium 10 Ads (formerly Adtomic) comes with Diamond, and Helium 10 charges 2% of all ad spend in profiles set to Managed, with no minimum (help center, updated 20 August 2026). That is $100 a month on $5,000 of managed ad spend and $400 on $20,000. Profiles set to Analytics-Only or Disabled before the spend happens are not charged. Is there a free plan or a free trial?

The pricing page lists no free plan, and there is no free trial of Platinum or Diamond. Helium 10 does run a limited free account: its help center lists, for example, five lifetime Black Box searches and no Cerebro or Magnet. The Chrome extension is free to install, and it is one of eight tools on the free tools page, along with a sales estimator and the GEMS URL builder. What happened to the Starter plan? Starter vs Platinum

Helium 10 no longer sells Starter. Copies of the pricing page in the Internet Archive show it on sale on 17 January 2026 and again on 19 January 2026, at $49 a month or $39 a month billed yearly, next to Platinum and Diamond at today’s prices. A copy from 24 January 2026 no longer lists it. Platinum has been the cheapest paid plan since.

If you were comparing Starter with Platinum, this is what changed:

Platinum changed too after Starter went. In January 2026 its card still offered “AI-powered advertising for easy campaign execution” and “AI-assisted listing creation”, and the FAQ said Platinum plans “have access to AI Ads”. An Internet Archive copy from 3 April 2026 still shows that; one from 11 April 2026 shows both removed and keyword research capped at 100 searches a month. Many comparisons written before 2026 describe a cheaper Platinum that did more.

Already on Starter? Helium 10’s help center says a plan it no longer offers stays active for existing users, but “once canceled, your legacy plan cannot be reactivated” (help center), and pausing one can end it if the reactivation payment fails. Other plan names you will see

• Elite is not a plan. The pricing page sells an “Elite sellers group” add-on to Diamond subscribers, from $99 a month. Our Helium 10 Elite page explains what Elite used to be.
• Supercharge Your Brand is the name Helium 10’s FAQ and help center still use for Enterprise.
• Helium 10 Ads & Diamond Bundle appears in the FAQ’s answer about Freedom Ticket, but no such bundle is sold on the pricing page.
• A la carte: Helium 10’s pricing page has not offered single tools since 2022. Today the only extras are add-ons on top of a plan; see our Helium 10 a la carte page.

Why other sites quote different Helium 10 prices

Two things explain most of the contradictions you will find.

The billing basis is the first. $99 and $129 are the same Platinum plan billed yearly and monthly, and $279 and $359 are the same Diamond plan. A page that drops the label looks as if it disagrees with one that keeps it.

The other is that Helium 10 raised its prices. Screenshots of the pricing page in our archive from May and June 2025 show Platinum at $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, and Diamond at $279, or $229 billed annually; an Internet Archive copy of Helium 10’s homepage from 22 November 2025 shows the same prices. By January 2026 the pricing page showed today’s higher prices. The Ads fee changed as well: in February 2026 Diamond’s first $5,000 a month of managed ad spend was fee-free, and by March the 2% applied to all of it. Correction (10 October 2026): this page previously said Helium 10 had no free plan of any kind and that its Chrome extension had over 1.2 million users. Helium 10’s help center documents a limited free account, and the current figures are 860K+ active users on its pricing page and 1,000,000 users on the Chrome Web Store.

Which Helium 10 plan fits you

Helium 10 sorts its plans by yearly sales. That is a starting point; the limits above are the better test.

• Not selling yet: start with the free account, the extension and the free tools. A year of Platinum billed yearly costs $1,188, a lot to spend before you have a product.
• Selling, roughly under $100K a year, with little or no advertising run through Helium 10: Platinum. If rank tracking is the only gap, the Keyword tracker add-on, from $19 a month, costs far less than moving up a plan.
• Running Amazon ads, or tracking rankings across many products: Diamond, once you have added the 2% fee on managed ad spend to its price.
• Beyond $10M a year in sales, or a team that needs Enterprise’s 10+ users and 15+ seller accounts: Enterprise, through a demo. Needing more logins than Diamond’s five extra users doesn’t by itself mean Enterprise: the pricing FAQ says extra users can be bought as an add-on to any plan, at a price Helium 10 doesn’t publish.

How to pay less for Helium 10

1. Bill yearly, unless the job is short. Yearly billing saves $360 a year on Platinum and $960 on Diamond, by Helium 10’s figures, and needs no code. For a one-off project, though, two months of Platinum on monthly billing cost $258 in total, against $1,188 for a year paid upfront.
2. Use a partner code. REVENUEGEEKS20 (20% off the first six months) and REVENUEGEEKS10 (10% off every month you stay subscribed) were last confirmed at checkout on 2 August 2026 and have not been re-tested since. 3. Watch Black Friday. Helium 10’s own 2025 holiday offer was 35% off for 12 months. Nothing had been announced for 2026 when we checked on 10 October 2026; our Helium 10 Black Friday page has the past offers and dates.
4. Don’t buy a shared login. Helium 10’s terms limit use to the people a license fee has been paid for and ban reselling access. Our page on Helium 10 shared accounts covers the allowed way to add users.

If $99 a month is more than the job is worth, Jungle Scout’s pricing and SmartScout’s pricing both start lower.

Bottom line

For most buyers Helium 10 is a two-plan product. Platinum, at $99 a month billed yearly, is a research subscription with tight keyword limits and no ad tools. Diamond, at $279 a month billed yearly, is the full suite, and the 2% fee on any ad spend it manages is part of its real price. Check the pricing page on the day you buy: Helium 10 changed its plans several times in 2026.
