Sources: the Market Tracker product page, Helium 10’s help-center guides to Market Tracker and Market Tracker 360, and its market-support table (last edited 10 December 2025), all read on 10 October 2026. The marketplace counts come from that table, and Helium 10’s other pages don’t match it: the Market Tracker product page says Market Tracker 360 spans 11 marketplaces, and the Market Tracker guide (last edited August 2025) names only 9 for standard Market Tracker, leaving out Japan and India.
What Market Tracker shows
Market Tracker is for watching a niche you already know, not for finding one. Helium 10’s help center describes what it reports for every product in a market:
- Estimated sales and revenue, sales share and market share
- Price, reviews and review rating
- BSR, fulfilment method and number of sellers
- Power Score, Helium 10’s measure of how relevant a product is to your market, which can change from day to day
Three details from the same guide matter before you build anything. Estimated sales, revenue and market volume reflect each ASIN’s activity in the 30 days before you create the market, so they appear as soon as the first build finishes. Market share history, though, only starts on the day you create the market. And deleting a market deletes its data for good.

Plan limits
| Plan | Market Tracker | Market Tracker 360 |
|---|---|---|
| Platinum | 3 markets (lifetime) | Not available |
| Diamond | 5 markets (lifetime) | Add-on from $650/mo |
| Enterprise | 15 markets (help center) | Custom, set at sign-up (help center) |
The Platinum and Diamond limits come from the pricing page’s comparison table, which labels them “lifetime” without saying whether deleting a market frees a slot. The Enterprise figures come from Helium 10’s plan guide (updated 13 May 2026).
For context, Helium 10 Platinum costs $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 billed monthly; Diamond costs $279 a month billed yearly, or $359 billed monthly (checked 10 October 2026). The pricing page lists no free plan. A limited free account does exist, and Helium 10’s help center says it gets one market with up to 20 tracked products. Our Helium 10 pricing guide covers the rest of each plan.
How to set up a market that stays useful
Helium 10’s own steps are short:
- Open Market Tracker from the Tools menu and choose Create New Market.
- Define the market with keywords (the welcome screen above allows up to 5) and any specific ASINs you know compete with yours, then create it. Helium 10 says the first build can take several hours, and data can take up to 24 hours to appear.
- Review the Suggestions list and press Track or Ignore for each product. Ignored products can be added back later.
- Mark your own products so they show up in the My Market Share charts.
The harder part is deciding what belongs in the market. Helium 10 recommends keeping a market to roughly 100 to 150 ASINs, and the rest is judgement:
- Track direct substitutes only. Accessories, bundles and multipacks inflate the market and blur the share figures.
- Keep price tiers comparable. A budget item and a premium one in the same market make the averages meaningless.
- Use the Power Score as a filter, not a verdict. A high score means the product matches your criteria; check the listing before you track it.
- Edit before you delete. You can add ASINs to an existing market and ignore products that don’t belong. Deleting a market loses its history, and Helium 10 doesn’t say whether it gives back a “lifetime” slot.
Market Tracker 360: what the add-on adds
Helium 10 sells Market Tracker 360 (“MT 360”) as an “Amazon Competitor Analysis Tool” through demo calls. It no longer appears in the site’s Solutions menu, but it still has its own product page and a row in the pricing table.
According to Helium 10, the add-on gives you:
- Up to two years of historical market data, where standard Market Tracker only builds history from the day you create a market.
- More ways to define a market: up to 5 of your product lists, up to 15 keywords, any number of ASINs, or up to 100 brands, with rules and category filters on top.
- Parent or child ASIN views, and a choice of automatic, controlled or disabled market updates.
- Brand-level comparisons and a personal customer success manager.
- AI access: Helium 10’s MCP connector includes tools that read Market Tracker 360 markets, “available exclusively to users with MT360 add-on” (MCP guide, updated 6 October 2026). More on that on our Helium 10 API page.

Correction (10 October 2026): our former Market Tracker 360 page previously gave the add-on’s starting price as $500 a month. Helium 10’s pricing page now lists it from $650 a month, on Diamond only.
Who should pay for Market Tracker 360
On the pricing page the add-on is sold only with Diamond. Helium 10’s plan guide lists Market Tracker 360 on Enterprise as “Custom (determined at sign-up)”, and Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month billed annually (checked 10 October 2026). The cheapest listed route is therefore about $929 a month on yearly billing: $279 for Diamond plus the add-on’s $650 starting price.
Book the demo if you manage several brands or categories, need brand-level comparisons, or need history from before the day you start tracking. Agencies reporting on clients’ markets fit that description. Helium 10’s guide to deleting a Market Tracker 360 market says the number of markets depends on your plan, but we found no figure for the Diamond add-on. If Diamond’s five standard markets aren’t enough, ask on the demo before you pay.
Skip it if Diamond’s standard Market Tracker already covers your niches, or if your real gap is finding products or keywords. Cerebro and Xray will move a young business further than a bigger competitor dashboard. If you only want to know when a specific listing changes, Helium 10 Alerts covers that without a market at all. And if Helium 10 isn’t otherwise part of your stack, our roundup of Amazon market intelligence tools compares competitor tracking in SmartScout, Jungle Scout and Keepa with Market Tracker.
How accurate is Market Tracker?
Every sales, revenue and market share figure in Market Tracker is a Helium 10 estimate, not Amazon data. That makes it good for direction (who is gaining, which products are slipping) and weak as an exact measure of anyone’s sales. Our guide to how Helium 10 gets its data explains which numbers are estimates and how to check them.
