Affiliate disclosure: we may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page. How we make money How we check facts
Jungle Scout costs $29 to $149 a month, depending on the plan and how you pay (checked 10 October 2026). Starter is $29 a month billed annually ($348 a year) or $49 month to month. Growth Accelerator is $49 a month billed annually ($588) or $79 monthly. Brand Owner is $129 a month billed annually ($1,548) or $149 monthly. There is no free plan and no free trial.

Those three plans make up Catalyst, the self-serve platform Jungle Scout sells to what its pricing hub calls “Sellers $0-$1M in Annual Revenue”. Above that sits Cobalt, an enterprise platform with no published price, sold after a demo. Every Jungle Scout plan price and limit on this page was read off Jungle Scout’s Catalyst pricing page in both billing views on 10 October 2026. The Jungle Scout help-center, terms and offer pages we cite were read the same day and are linked where we use them; partner and Helium 10 prices are dated where they appear.
How much does Jungle Scout cost? Plans and prices
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Seats included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49/mo | $29/mo ($348 a year) | 1, and no extra seats |
| Growth Accelerator | $79/mo | $49/mo ($588 a year) | 1, extra seats available |
| Brand Owner (Brand Owner + CI) | $149/mo | $129/mo ($1,548 a year) | 3, extra seats available |
The pricing page shows prices with a ”$” sign and a “USA” region selector but never prints a currency code, so we read them as US dollars.
One plan, two names. Jungle Scout’s plan cards and FAQ call the top plan Brand Owner. Its comparison table and the row of buy buttons under it call the same plan Brand Owner + CI, the CI standing for Competitive Intelligence. Older help-center articles also use earlier plan names, Basic, Suite and Professional, which Jungle Scout’s help center pairs with Starter, Growth Accelerator and Brand Owner. There is no plan called “Pro” on today’s pricing page. Some older articles also quote limits and prices that no longer match it, so treat the pricing page as the current source.
Monthly vs annual billing: how much you save
The pricing page loads with annual billing selected, and the monthly view carries the line “Save up to 40% on annual plans!” Here is what that means per plan:
| Plan | 12 months on monthly billing | Annual billing | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $588 | $348 | $240 (41%) |
| Growth Accelerator | $948 | $588 | $360 (38%) |
| Brand Owner | $1,788 | $1,548 | $240 (13%) |

The dollar savings are the badges on Jungle Scout’s own plan cards; the percentages are our arithmetic. The “up to 40%” holds for Starter and nearly for Growth Accelerator, but on Brand Owner a year up front saves only 13%, so committing for a year matters least on the top plan.
Neither billing option ties you in beyond the term you have paid for. Jungle Scout’s pricing FAQ says there are “no contractual obligations beyond your current billing cycle”: if you cancel, the plan ends with the current term, and upgrades are prorated.
What each Jungle Scout plan includes (and leaves out)
The comparison table on the pricing page runs to about 50 rows. These are the ones that decide which plan you need:
| Feature | Starter | Growth Accelerator | Brand Owner + CI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Product Database and Opportunity Finder | 100 searches a month each | No cap shown | No cap shown |
| Keyword Scout | 50 searches a month | 250 searches a month | No cap shown |
| Historical keyword data | 1 month | 1 year | 2 years |
| Product Tracker | 50 products, 30 days of history | 150 products, 6 months | 2,000 products, 2 years |
| Sales Estimator | 500 estimates a month | 1,000 a month | 5,000 a month |
| Data export, Search Trends, sponsored/PPC keyword data | No | Yes | Yes |
| Supplier Database and Supplier Tracker | No | Yes | Yes |
| Review Automation | No | Yes | Yes, plus Delayed Send |
| Rank Tracker | No | 500 keywords | 5,000 keywords |
| Listing Builder; Listing Analyzer | No | Yes; 50 a month | Yes; 300 a month |
| Sales Analytics, Advertising Analytics, Inventory Manager, FBA Reimbursements | No | Yes | Yes |
| AI Assist | Chat only | 100 a month | 500 a month |
| Competitive Intelligence | No | No | Yes, 5 segments |
| Jungle Scout API trial | No | 100 requests | 100 requests |
| Priority onboarding and support | No | No | Yes |
| Academy training library | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Two things in that table are easy to miss. First, Starter is a research-only plan: every tool that works off a connected Seller Central account (sales and advertising analytics, inventory, review requests, reimbursements) starts at Growth Accelerator. Jungle Scout’s own FAQ makes the same point, recommending Growth Accelerator or Brand Owner to anyone who already has a Seller Central account. Second, the Brand Owner card promises “unrivaled unlimited functionality”, but the table still caps that plan’s tracked products, estimates, Rank Tracker keywords, Listing Analyzer runs and AI Assist requests.
The browser extension has no separate price: Jungle Scout’s FAQ says it is included whether you choose Starter, Growth Accelerator or Brand Owner. For what each tool actually does, see our Jungle Scout review, and for the keyword tool specifically, our Keyword Scout review.
Which Jungle Scout plan should you buy?
- Starter ($29 a month billed annually) if you are still choosing a product. It gives you the extension, capped database searches, 50 Keyword Scout searches and 50 tracked products, which is enough to validate a few ideas. It has no exports and no supplier search, so expect to upgrade once you start selling.
- Growth Accelerator ($49 a month billed annually) if you sell or are about to. This is where Jungle Scout becomes a working toolkit: supplier search, review requests, listing tools, keyword rank tracking, profit and ad analytics, and inventory forecasting, with a year of keyword history. For a single seller it is the plan to price.
- Brand Owner ($129 a month billed annually) if you are a team or need competitor tracking. It adds 2 more seats, Competitive Intelligence, uncapped Keyword Scout and two years of keyword and product history. Monthly billing costs only $20 a month more than annual on this plan, so monthly is a reasonable way to try it.
- Cobalt if your business is past $1M a year on Amazon. Jungle Scout quotes it after a demo, and its pricing FAQ says Cobalt “charges per user”. Its pricing hub lists PPC management, bid optimization and dayparting under Cobalt rather than Catalyst, and 19 supported marketplaces against Catalyst’s 8. Jungle Scout’s platform guide adds that only Cobalt supports Vendor Central accounts.
Extra seats, add-ons and other costs
| Add-on | Starter | Growth Accelerator | Brand Owner + CI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Extra seats | Not available | $49 a month, or $459 a year, per seat | $49 a month, or $459 a year, per seat |
| Extra Competitive Intelligence segments | Not available | Not available | $950 a year, or $99 a month, per 5 segments |
| API requests beyond the 100-request trial | Not available | Price not published | Price not published |
The per-seat price depends on your billing: $49 a month on monthly plans, $459 a year on annual plans.
A seat-count contradiction. The comparison table on the Catalyst plans page and the FAQ on Jungle Scout’s pricing hub both give Brand Owner 3 users, but the FAQ on the Catalyst plans page says 10. We go with the table; if you are buying for a team, get the number confirmed in writing before you pay.
Reimbursement fees. FBA Reimbursements is included from Growth Accelerator up, but a partner files the claims. Jungle Scout’s FBA Reimbursements page says that partner, SPS Commerce, takes 25% of what it recovers, and only after you are paid (checked 10 October 2026).
Paying. The pricing FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and says that if you do not have a credit card, support can send a PayPal invoice.
Refunds and cancelling
Jungle Scout has no free trial. New customers on regularly priced plans get a 7-day money-back guarantee instead, but you have to ask support for the refund, because cancelling doesn’t trigger one. Jungle Scout’s Terms of Use (last updated 18 February 2026) exclude renewals and give no refunds for partial periods. The pricing FAQ also excludes “special promotions” without saying whether partner pricing counts as one, so ask support first if you buy at a discount. Our Jungle Scout discount page sets out the full guarantee terms.
To cancel, Jungle Scout’s cancellation article (last edited October 2024) says monthly plans are cancelled in the app under Settings, then Subscriptions, while annual plans are cancelled by contacting support through chat. The same article warns that saved data is deleted once access runs out at the end of the billing cycle.
Paying less than the list price
Three routes take money off these prices, and none of them needs a code:
- Annual billing, open to everyone, saves $240 to $360 a year, as above.
- Jungle Scout’s own new-customer offer covers Growth Accelerator only: $441 for the first year on annual billing, renewing at $588, or 15% off the monthly price. We read it on Jungle Scout’s exclusive-offer page on 10 October 2026, without going through checkout.
- Our partner link showed $470 a year for Growth Accelerator and $1,428 a year for Brand Owner + CI when we last confirmed it on 2 August 2026. We haven’t re-checked it since, and we don’t know what it renews at.
In the first year, Jungle Scout’s own offer is $29 cheaper on Growth Accelerator than our partner price. Every offer, with its conditions and the date we last confirmed it, is compared on our Jungle Scout discount page.
Jungle Scout vs Helium 10 pricing
If you are also pricing Helium 10, Jungle Scout costs less plan for plan, and the gap widens at the second tier: Growth Accelerator against Diamond.
| Detail | Jungle Scout | Helium 10 |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Starter: $29/mo billed annually, $49 monthly | Platinum: $99/mo billed yearly, $129 monthly |
| Next plan up | Growth Accelerator: $49/mo billed annually, $79 monthly | Diamond: $279/mo billed yearly, $359 monthly |
| Third self-serve plan | Brand Owner: $129/mo billed annually, $149 monthly | None |
| Enterprise | Cobalt: demo only, no published price | Enterprise: from $1,499/mo billed annually, via a demo |
| Free plan or trial | Neither | No free plan on the pricing page (a limited free account exists); no trial |
| Money-back terms | 7 days, new customers on regularly priced plans | Full refund within 7 days of the first purchase |
| PPC management | Not in Catalyst (Cobalt only) | Helium 10 Ads on Diamond, with a 2% fee on managed ad spend |
Helium 10 prices are from Helium 10’s pricing page, also checked 10 October 2026; our Helium 10 pricing guide breaks them down.
Two caveats before you compare headline numbers. Growth Accelerator costs $49 a month billed annually, and Helium 10’s cheapest plan, Platinum, costs $99 billed yearly, but the plans are not equivalent. Helium 10’s pricing table gives Platinum 100 keyword research searches a month and leaves out keyword rank tracking, which Helium 10 sells as an add-on from $19 a month; Growth Accelerator includes 250 Keyword Scout searches and a 500-keyword Rank Tracker.
The second caveat is ads. Helium 10 sells ad management from Diamond up, while no Catalyst plan manages campaigns: Growth Accelerator and Brand Owner get Advertising Analytics and Negative Keyword Harvesting, Starter gets neither, and the pricing hub reserves PPC management, bid optimization, dayparting and keyword harvesting for Cobalt. Our Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout comparison covers the tools side by side.
Is Jungle Scout worth the price?
For a single seller who already sells on Amazon, or is about to, Growth Accelerator at $49 a month billed annually is the plan that makes Jungle Scout worth paying for: it is the cheapest Jungle Scout plan with supplier search, review requests, listing tools, rank tracking and profit analytics in one place. Starter is cheaper, but it is a product-research sampler, and Jungle Scout itself steers sellers with a Seller Central account to the plans above it. Brand Owner is worth its premium only if you need the extra seats, Competitive Intelligence or two years of history. Our best Amazon product research tools roundup also names Growth Accelerator its pick for most sellers.
It is a weaker buy if you sell outside Amazon (Jungle Scout supports Amazon marketplaces only), use Vendor Central, or need ad management. For the strengths and limitations beyond price, read our Jungle Scout review.
