Helium 10 Canada: Amazon.ca Tool Support, Setup and Pricing
Affiliate disclosure: we may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page. How we make money How we check facts
Yes. Helium 10 supports Amazon.ca almost as fully as Amazon.com. Its help-center market table lists 20 tools for Canada: everything on the US list except Listing Builder, with Helium 10 Ads covering Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. The difference is currency. Amazon.ca sells in Canadian dollars, but Helium 10 bills in US dollars, with Platinum at $99 a month billed yearly (checked 10 October 2026).
Billed in US dollars, not CAD Affiliate link
This guide covers what Helium 10 lists for Amazon.ca, how a Canadian seller account connects, what a US-dollar bill means in practice, and how three alternatives compare in Canada. It belongs to our guide to Helium 10 marketplaces, which sets Canada against the other 20 markets on Helium 10’s list, and our Helium 10 review has the verdict on the software itself.
Amazon.ca gets 20 of the 21 US tools
Helium 10’s article “Which Tools Are Supported in Which Markets?” (last edited 10 December 2025, checked 10 October 2026) gives the Canada tab this list:
| Group | Listed for Amazon.ca |
|---|---|
| Product research | Black Box, Chrome Extension (Xray), My List |
| Keyword research | Cerebro, Magnet (since folded into Cerebro) |
| Listing optimization | Keyword Processor, Scribbles, Index Checker, Listing Analyzer |
| Marketing | Helium 10 Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display), Portals |
| Operations | Alerts, Follow-Up, Inventory Manager, Refund Genie, Managed Refund Service |
| Analytics | Keyword Tracker, Market Tracker, Market Tracker 360, Profits |

Two things separate it from the US tab. Listing Builder isn’t listed, so plan to draft Amazon.ca listings in Scribbles or elsewhere. And the US ads entry carries a fourth ad type, which Helium 10 abbreviates “SV”, that Canada’s doesn’t. Mexico, the UK, France, Italy and Spain get the same 20 tools, although Mexico’s ads entry stops at Sponsored Products and Brands.
“Listed” isn’t the same as “included in your plan”, and the plan limits apply in Canada as everywhere. Platinum includes 100 keyword-research searches a month (the reverse-ASIN and seed-phrase lookups that Cerebro and Magnet run), no keyword rank tracking unless you buy the add-on from $19 a month, and no Helium 10 Ads, which starts at Diamond. Market Tracker covers 3 markets on Platinum and 5 on Diamond, and Market Tracker 360 is a Diamond add-on from $650 a month.
Amazon.ca sells in CAD; Helium 10 bills in USD
Amazon’s advertising documentation lists the Canadian dollar as Amazon.ca’s currency, so your sales, fees and ad budgets in Seller Central are in CAD. Helium 10 has no Canadian price list: it charges in US dollars and adds tax at checkout (Helium 10 pricing, checked 10 October 2026). Converted at the European Central Bank’s reference rates for 9 October 2026, when a US dollar bought about 1.42 Canadian dollars:
| Plan | Paid yearly, per month | Paid month to month |
|---|---|---|
| Platinum | $99, about CAD 141 | $129, about CAD 184 |
| Diamond | $279, about CAD 397 | $359, about CAD 511 |
Enterprise is sold after a demo, from $1,499 a month billed annually. Your card issuer applies its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so a fixed “Helium 10 price in CAD” quoted anywhere is somebody’s conversion, not Helium 10’s price.
Three plan facts apply in Canada as anywhere else:
- No free trial. The safety net is a 7-day refund on your first purchase, under Helium 10’s terms. The pricing page lists no free plan, though a limited free account exists.
- Ads cost extra on top of Diamond. Helium 10 Ads (formerly Adtomic) adds 2% of every dollar of ad spend in profiles you set to Managed, with no minimum.
- Partner codes are dated. REVENUEGEEKS20 is a partner code. When we last confirmed it at checkout on 2 August 2026, it took 20% off the first six months of a Helium 10 plan.
The tier-by-tier detail is in our Helium 10 pricing guide.
One North American account, one connection
The clicks are the same in every country, and our marketplaces guide walks through them in connecting more than one marketplace. What is particular to Canada:
- Which region. Amazon’s developer documentation groups Canada with the US, Mexico and Brazil, and Seller Central for Canada lives at sellercentral.amazon.ca. In Helium 10’s dialog that group is the option its connection guide shows as “North America (US / CA / MX / BR)”. Amazon also offers a single “North America and Brazil unified selling account”, so a seller on both Amazon.com and Amazon.ca usually connects one account, not two, which leaves Platinum’s second connection slot free.
- Who connects. Helium 10’s pre-connection checklist rules out Individual seller accounts and sub-user logins, so a Canadian seller still on Amazon’s Individual plan has to upgrade to Professional first.
- Ad data in CAD. Connect Amazon Ads separately (+ Add PPC Account) if you want Amazon.ca ad spend to show in Profits alongside your sales.
Already selling in the US with FBA? Amazon’s Remote Fulfillment with FBA lets you list US stock on Amazon.ca without sending it to Canada; Canadian customers pay any import duties and taxes as importer of record. Amazon requires a Professional plan, the unified North America and Brazil account, and FBA Export.
A bilingual store and an English-only Keyword Processor
Amazon.ca’s language settings offered English and French when we checked on 10 October 2026, and that affects two Helium 10 tools:
- Keyword Processor is built for English, by Helium 10’s own account in its market article, which ties it to the Latin alphabet and only allows that other-language markets might still get some use from it. English keyword lists for Amazon.ca are on safe ground; treat French ones as untested.
- Cerebro and Magnet can translate keyword results into French, one of seven languages Helium 10 offers (English, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, French and Italian). Translations show on screen only; exports stay in English.
Jungle Scout, SmartScout and Data Dive in Canada
Canada is one of the markets where all three main alternatives say they work, which isn’t true of Brazil, the Netherlands or Sweden:
| Tool | What its maker says about Canada | Lowest price, checked 10 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Jungle Scout | “Fully compatible” (help center, updated 31 October 2024), and its extension works on Amazon.ca | Starter $29 a month billed annually ($348), or $49 monthly |
| SmartScout | One of the 12 marketplaces it tracks (changelog, 3 September 2026) | Basic $29 a month billed yearly, or $49 monthly |
| Data Dive | Listed on its homepage | Starter about $32 a month billed yearly, or $39 monthly |
On currency, Jungle Scout’s purchase guide has you click “Pay $XXX USD Now” at checkout, while SmartScout’s and Data Dive’s pricing pages show dollar prices without naming the currency. All three start below Platinum, and they are built differently: Jungle Scout’s Catalyst plans cover research, listings, inventory and review automation; SmartScout is organized around brand, seller and category data; Data Dive is built around keyword lists, AI listing copy and rank tracking. Our Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout comparison goes feature by feature.
Who should pay for Helium 10 in Canada
- US sellers adding Amazon.ca. The easiest case: the price doesn’t change, the tool list barely does, and Canada usually sits in the same Amazon region as your US account.
- Canada-only sellers with a small catalog. Platinum’s $99 a month billed yearly (about CAD 141 at 9 October rates) is a fixed cost to weigh against your margin. Start with the free Chrome extension, which Helium 10 lists for Canada, before paying.
- Sellers who rely on Listing Builder. It isn’t listed for Amazon.ca, so check that Scribbles covers what you need.
- Advertisers. On Diamond, Helium 10 Ads covers all three main Amazon ad types on Amazon.ca, and the 2% fee applies to everything you set to Managed.
Selling in Brazil as well? It sits in the same Amazon region as Canada, but Helium 10 lists far fewer tools there; our Helium 10 Brazil guide has the list.
Correction (10 October 2026): this page previously said Canadian sellers get every Helium 10 feature, that Platinum includes 2,500 tracked keywords and unlimited research, that Helium 10 Ads manages up to $20,000 of monthly ad spend on Diamond, and that SmartScout starts at $65 a month. Listing Builder isn’t listed for Canada, Platinum includes 100 keyword searches a month and no rank tracking, Diamond’s Helium 10 Ads charges 2% of all managed ad spend, and SmartScout Basic is $49 month to month. The page also listed Trendster, which Helium 10 sunset on 30 September 2025.
